You can make it in the oven or on the BBQ. At home or camping, the perfect recipe for the holidays...

There is no quantity, you go by taste!
Cooked ground beef (I always have some in my optimal freezer, which I cooked with the BBQ and Steak seasoning mixes and freeze on a biscuit sheet. Then I separate it into portions in airtight bags).
Peppers cut into cubes
Orange semi-hard cheddar cheese cubes
Cream cheese cubes
Salsa of your choice
MEXICAN seasoning to taste, depending on whether you like it hotter
In an ovenproof dish or in a foil dish to make it even easier and less messy, "garrotte" all the ingredients in rows.
Place in oven at 375, or on the BBQ, for about 30 minutes (cheese should melt, but not broil).
Mix all the ingredients and serve with nachos, pork rinds, vegetables, grilled pita... whatever you like!
