8 SAUSAGE RECIPES TO MAKE AT HOME (WITHOUT CASINGS)

When Jean-Michel told me about putting a sausage powder on the market, I kindly called him "weird".
Since then, he has been one of our best sellers.
With the jar or the sachet, we offer you the basic recipe.
Here are now 7 other varied recipes that will make the experience incredible.
They are all quick to prepare, requiring no casings, breadcrumbs or “funky” ingredients.
0- Basic recipe!
- Mix 2 tbsp organic sausage powder with 1 lb ground pork and 2 tbsp water.
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook in the pan.
1- Apples and cheddar
- Mix 2 tablespoons of organic sausage powder with 1 lb of ground pork.
- Add 70g of cheddar cut into very small pieces
- Add 1 small apple, peeled and cut into very small pieces
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook very gently in the pan. (Apples must have time to soften)
2- Apples, cheddar and French shallots
Make the same recipe as the previous one, and add 1 finely chopped French shallot before mixing with your hands.
3- White wine and green onion
- Mix 2 tablespoons of organic sausage powder with 1 lb of ground pork.
- Add 1/2 green onion cut into very small pieces
- Add 3 tablespoons of white wine.
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook very gently in the pan. (Green onions must have time to soften)
4- White wine, green onions and cheddar
Make the same recipe as the #3, but add 70g of cheddar cut into very small pieces!
5- Bacon and maple apples
- Mix 2 tablespoons of organic sausage powder with 1 lb of ground pork.
- Add 2 slices of cooked bacon and cut into very small pieces
- Add 1 apple cut into very small pieces
- Add 70g of cheddar cheese cut into small pieces
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook very gently in the pan. (Apples must have time to soften)
6- Cranberry and apples
- Mix 2 tablespoons of organic sausage powder with 1 lb of ground pork.
- Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries without added sugar, cut into very small pieces
- Add 1 apple cut into very small pieces
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook very gently in the pan. (Apples must have time to soften)
7- Broccoli and parmesan
- Mix 2 tablespoons of organic sausage powder with 1 lb of ground pork.
- Add 1/2 cup finely chopped broccoli in a food processor.
- Add 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan as finely as possible
- Hand mixing, forms patties or small dumplings
- Cook very gently in the pan. ((Broccoli must have time to cook.)
8- Mix and match!
