With the ranch dip, it's a sure hit!
You can serve them for all occasions, in a buffet, as a starter, as a main meal with a good salad, in your "Super Bowl" menu ...
Ingredients for the wings
1 packet of plain chicken wings
1/2 cup Red Hot sauce
2 tbsp. soup from BBQ mix
Ingredients for the dip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup cream or milk
1 1/2 tsp. apple cider vinegar or white vinegar.
2 tbsp. tablespoon of ranch mix
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400
In a bowl, combine the Red Hot sauce with the BBQ mixture.
On a lined cookie sheet parchment paper, lay out the chicken wings.
Brush the wings on each side with the sauce mixture.
Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn the wings halfway through cooking.
While cooking, prepare the ranch dip.
In a bowl, pour the cream or milk and add the vinegar and stir lightly (this makes a homemade buttermilk).
In another bowl, combine the other ingredients for the dip, and add the buttermilk until desired consistency.
Enjoy!
