This little cookie will satisfy your sweet tooth!
2 cups almond flour
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup sugar (or erythritol)
1 Tbsp. Les Savoureux Dessert Mix
½ cup of butter room temperature
1 pinch of salt
Preheat oven to 300
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar and dessert mix.
Add the egg and butter, mix until the mixture forms a ball.
Place the mixture in plastic wrap and form a sausage about 2 inches in diameter.
Peel off the film and cut into slices about ½ inch thick.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before handling :-)
