This little cookie will fill your sweet tooth!
2 cups of almond flour
1 beaten egg
1/3 cup of sugar (or erythritol)
1 tbsp. tablespoon of Les Savoureux dessert mix
½ cup of butter at room temperature
1 pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 300
In a bowl, combine the almond flour, sugar and dessert mix well.
Add egg and butter, mix until the mixture forms a ball.
Place the mixture in plastic wrap and form a sausage about 2 inches in diameter.
Remove the film and cut approximately ½ inch slices.
Place on a cookie sheet and bake in the middle of the oven for about 15-20 minutes.
Let cool completely before handling :-)
