4-5 cups shredded collard greens or 1 1/2 bag of store-bought coleslaw
1 tbsp of the mixturefish seasoning
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 beaten eggs
Sesame seeds, shallots. Fresh coriander, Sriracha sauce, peanuts for garnish, according to your taste!
Brown the garlic with the ginger in the oil.
Cook the ground beef or add the already cooked).
