ITALIAN MEATBALLS

So comforting spag meat balls, isn't it?
Everyone loves dumplings. Besides, I always have this recipe for meatballs (cooked but without sauce) in my optimal freezer. Hyper convenience store, one evening of fatigue, you put meatballs in a pan and you add your favorite sauce and TADAM !!! Supper is ready 😃
I really like this recipe served on mashed cauliflower too !!! It seems strange at first glance but it's very good!
Ingredients
2 ½ to 3 lbs of ground beef
2 tbsp. tablespoon of "Italian" blend
2 beaten eggs
Bunch of chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 cups of breadcrumbs of your choice
Salt and pepper
1 cup of grated Parmesan
Your favorite tomato sauce to taste
Preparation
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, mix well and shape into balls.
Cook in the pan, browning well on all sides. Add the sauce of your choice and simmer for about 15 minutes over low heat.
* If you want to make a reserve in your freezer for future use, cook the meatballs completely in a pan or oven without adding the sauce. You just have to reheat them and add the sauce of your choice.
Enjoy !!!
