We have reinvented the famous Swedish dumplings, with our Les Savoureux touch !!
1 1/2 pound ground beef
2 tbsp. tablespoon of Spicy nasty mix
1 cup pork rinds in breadcrumbs (or breadcrumbs of your choice)
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups of chicken broth
1 cup of cream
2 C. soup of dijon
2 tbsp. xanthan gum (or thickener of your choice)
Mix the ground beef, spicy villain, breadcrumbs, egg, salt and pepper, and shape into balls.
Cook the meatballs in a pan, until golden brown.
Add the ingredients for the sauce, mix.
Simmer for about 15 minutes
