LAMB CHOPS

You know when you taste good food!
The recipe is a little bit longer to prepare than our other recipes, so take the opportunity to enjoy a good glass of red wine with your better half while preparing this meal ❤
Lamb chop marinade
- Place in a bag or bowl:
Cup 1 / 3 White vinegar
2 c. tablespoon maple or stevia syrup / Erythritol
1 1/2 tsp. soup nasty hot seasoning
- Mix, cover witholive or avocado oil and place in the fridge 8 to 12 hours. (or more!)
Cooking lamb chops
- Finely cut 3 large French shallots
- Cook the French shallots gently in a pan in 1/8 cup of butter (or more 😉)
- Reserve in a bowl
- Reserve the shallots. In the same pan, cook the lamb chops over medium-high heat to desired doneness. (We kept them rare)
Drizzle with butter and shallots and serve
Salad dressing
1/4 cup olive (or avocado) oil
1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
1/8 cup maple syrup (or stevia / Erythritol)
1 ripe avocado
1/2 tsp. tea nasty hot seasoning
Mix all the ingredients using a hand held mixer. Add water or oil until you get the consistency you want 👌

Cherry tomatoes cut in half
Kalamata olives
Cucumber
Red onions
