BBQ RIBS WITH DRIED MARINADE

We had already published a ribs recipe with a homemade BBQ sauce :)

But, yesterday, I was in a hurry and I didn't have time to make my own BBQ sauce, even if it is quick to make.
So I just rubbed the BBQ seasoning on the ribs, shouting geronimooo and hoping it would be good. Bingo! That was delicious!
Choose the piece of meat:
You can use back ribs, or side ribs. I recommend the ones on the back, take the opportunity to fill the freezer when they are on sale.
For cooking:
Cut the ribs into small sections of 2 or 3 ribs. (It is better handled). Cook them in simmering water for 2 to 3 hours. (The flesh should easily get rid of the bone)
For the seasoning: brush your ribs with olive oil. Garroche des BBQ seasonings everywhere, to create a good crust.
For the second cooking:
You can cook them on the BBQ right away, or let them marinate all day and cook them later.
Conclusion:
It's not more complicated than that!
(But of which more healthy and economical than buying them in boxes!
PS: Asparagus is cooked in butter and seasoned withLes Savoureux organic steak seasoning.
