NACHOS / CHIPS STYLE PORK RINKS

You eat low in carbohydrates and wonder what you could get behind the tie, when you have a craving for chips, nachos, popcorn ?!
Here is a recipe that will satisfy your savory cravings !!!
Ingredients
5 to 6 cups of pork rinds
1/4 cup of melted butter
2 tbsp. tablespoon of BBQ mix or your favorite spice blend (I also like it with the ranch mix PS: if you use the Mexican mixture, reduce the quantity since it is quite spicy! ... Unless you want a hot hot hot version 🔥)
2 tbsp. nutritional yeast
Preparation
Melt the butter, add the yeast and BBQ spices. Mix well.
Incorporate the pork rinds, coating them well with this mixture.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, making sure to stir every 3-4 minutes. Watch the cooking, to avoid burning the spices.
Laisser refroidir.
You can eat them directly like this, like crisps, or serve them with the hot mexican cheddar dip, or as a "tostitos" to make a plate of nachos!
