You're eating low carb and wondering what you could fit behind your tie when you're craving chips, nachos, popcorn?
Here is a recipe that will satisfy your salty cravings!
5 to 6 cups of pork rinds
1/4 cup melted butter
2 tbsp of BBQ mix or your favorite spice mix (I also really like it with ranch mix PS: if you use the Mexican mix, reduce the amount since it's pretty spicy!... Unless you want a hot hot hot version 🔥)
2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast
Melt butter, add yeast and BBQ spices. Mix well.
Stir in the pork rinds, coating them well with the mixture.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes, making sure to stir every 3-4 min. Keep an eye on the cooking, to avoid burning the spices.
Allow to cool.
You can eat them straight out of the box, like potato chips, or serve them with hot Mexican cheddar dip, or as tostitos to make a nacho plate!
