Here is a recipe for homemade crackers, super easy to make and TASTY!
2 cups of almond flour
¼ cup of sour cream
1 C. salt
2 tbsp. tablespoon of ranch mix
Mix all the ingredients until you can make a ball. Roll between two parchment papers (about the thickness of a store-bought cracker) remove parchment paper and cut into several squares. Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
You will notice that the outline will cook faster than the center, when cooked, or when the outlines are golden brown, remove the baking sheet from the oven and remove the crackers that form the outline. Return to oven to finish cooking the center crackers.
Enjoy with your favorite spread, a tartare, cretons etc ...
