TURKEY STUFFED WITH PORK IN SAUSAGE POWDER

It's holiday time! We receive, we chat, we want it to be simple!
Turkey in a few easy steps :)
The joke
- 1 oignon
- 1/2 lb of mushroom
- 2 lbs ground pork
- 3 tsp. tablespoon Sausage powder The Tasty
1- In a food processor, cut the onion and mushrooms into very small pieces.
2- Mix the ground pork with the sausage powder, mushrooms and onion.
Turkey
1- Remove the abas from the turkey
2- Place in a roasting pan, breast up.
3- Fill the cavity with the filling
4- Salt and pepper the visible part of the turkey.
Les accompagnements
1- Cut 2 lbs of carrots (or turnips) into sticks and 6 onions in large cubes
2- Mix with 2 tablespoons ofVegetable seasonings
3- Sprinkle the vegetables around the turkey.
The cooking
1 - Put the cover on the roasting pan, cook 3 to 4 hours, basting occasionally. The flesh of the turkey should come apart easily and the filling should go up to 71 degrees celcius. (entering the thermometer to the bottom of the stuffing).
