Do you want to make a salmon meal without complicating your life?
Simply 1 1/2 tsp. tablespoon offish seasoning per pound of salmon (or trout, why not!)
Add sliced lemons if you have some on hand.
Put it in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes at 350˚C, until the flesh easily breaks up with a fork.
