Because it tastes like heaven, it's not complicated to do, and you'll be proud of yourself!
Here is a low carb version where the only sources of carbohydrates come from tomatoes and onions :)

You can use a food processor for peppers and onions, you will save a lot of time
- 24 red tomatoes, peeled and diced - 6 finely chopped onions - 2 peppers of the color of your choice, finely cut - 2 cups of white vinegar - 8 tsp. truvia (sweetener made with stevia) - 2 tsp. salt - 2 tsp. tablespoonLes Savoureux Organic Marinade Spices
1- Place the spices in a cheesecloth or a tea ball 2- Mix all the ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, then simmer for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. 3- Pour into sterilized jars, let cool and place in the fridge.
* 4- You can sterilize your full jars by leaving them for 15 minutes in boiling water. Otherwise, it will keep for 3 weeks in the fridge. You can even put it in the freezer!
