I don't know if you're like me, but dry, hard, rubbery scrambled eggs .... NOT CAPABLE !!!
After tasting this creamy scrambled egg recipe, you really, really never want to eat your scrambled eggs any other way!
This recipe is for 2 people, so adjust your amounts according to the number of people to feed.
6 eggs (calculate 3 eggs per person)
2 tsp butter
1 to 2 tsp. tea BBQ mixture or other Les Savoureux flavors of your choice
1 teaspoon of fresh cream or cheese
Crack the eggs in a skillet over low heat.
Add the butter or ghee to the mixture, continuing to stir constantly.
Stir the eggs constantly and make sure they cook VERY slowly to keep them creamy (remove from heat occasionally when necessary).
Add Les Savoureux BBQ spices or those of your choice.
When the eggs are ready, remove them from the heat and add the crème fraîche or cheese.
* The secret to having a beautiful texture is to stay in control of your heat and to be patient! I'm telling you, it's worth being patient for a perfect cooking!
In this recipe I used BBQ seasoning, but I really like doing it Mexican style (like in the photo). In this case, I put 1/2 tsp. teaspoon of mexican mix, and I serve with salsa and avocado slices!
