POACHED EGG AND ITS DUTCH SAUCE

Here is a tasty recipe for your weekend brunches, or even the week since it's really quick and easy!
Sauce ingredients
1/2 cup butter, softened (say melted, soft, but not hot!)
2 egg yolks
The juice of 1/2 lemon
salt and pepper
BBQ seasoning as a garnish
Preparation
Mix the egg yolks with the lemon juice. salt and pepper.
Add the soft butter and mix.
Microwave on medium power, stirring every 15 seconds, until desired consistency.
Preparation of the poached egg
In a coffee cup, heat water for 40 seconds in the microwave. Put 1 tsp. of vinegar in water. Add the egg and return to the microwave for 1 minute.
Here! you have a poached egg to perfection!
Serve the egg and sauce on a chaffle (as pictured) and sprinkle some BBQ seasoning mixture over it. You can also serve it without chaffle, with a side dish of your choice!
