Who doesn't love stuffed eggs?
Here we love them A LOT! And we don't just eat it at Christmas !!! We eat it every week !!!
Here is my recipe, with the BBQ mix, which really gives a flavor kick to this wonderful protein filled with good nutrients.
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 C. XNUMX/XNUMX teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. tablespoon of BBQ mix
12 pieces of bacon
Finely chopped chives
Salt and pepper
In a cauldron put the eggs and fill it with water. Bring to a boil and calculate 10 minutes.
Remove from the heat, empty the hot water and quickly fill with cold water to stop the eggs from cooking.
Peel the eggs and cut them in half. Separate the yolk from the white and place the yolks in a bowl to combine the mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt and pepper. Mix until smooth. Reserve
Place the BBQ mixture on a plate and dip the cut side into it, some egg whites.
Stuff with the yolk mixture and garnish with a piece of bacon and a little chives.
I advise you to double the recipe, if you want it for more than a day 😊 Especially if you have teenagers at home ...
