So easy to make, and wonderful as a hostess gift 👌❤
- 4 cups raw pecans
- 1 egg white whisked so that it rises a little in foam
- 1/2 cup of the monk fruit and erythritol mixture
- 2 large c. of teaLes Savoureux organic dessert seasoning
In a bowl, beat your egg white, add the sugar and spices. You will get a kind of dough.
Add the pecans and stir gently to coat them well.
Place them on parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Put them in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 350C. Turn them around every 5 minutes. Take them out of the oven as soon as the pecans start to harden. 👌
** Attention, it is extremely hot, you will have to wait a few minutes before tasting!
