Homemade keto bread, rosemary bread style

Tasty, these are seasonings that are perfect for those who eat keto / lchf.
We borrowed Emilie's recipe, Keto family , which made a cumin and coriander bread. As these are two ingredients that we find in our vegetable seasonings, we simply adapted the proportions of salt and voila!
- 500 grams Egg whites
- 1/2 Tax Coconut flour
- 1/4 Tax Melted butter
- 2 C. Table Psyllium powder
- 2 C. Table The Tasty Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 C. Table Chia seeds
- 1 C. Tea Guar gum
- 1 C. Tea Baking powder
- 640 mg Stevia powder

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat the egg whites (rise in snow). Add guar gum and beat for another 1 minute.

In another bowl, combine all the dry ingredients.

Melt the butter and mix it with the dry ingredients.

Add the dry mixture to the wet ingredients and beat for another 1 minute.

Place the mixture in a bread pan covered with parchment paper.

Bake 50-55 minutes in the oven.
