4 chicken breasts or thighs
1/2 lemon, sliced
Green vegetables of your choice
3 tablespoons of capers
Olive or avocado oil
2 good large tablespoons of Greek mix
1/3 of a red onion, sliced
Spread everything on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake at 350 until the chicken has lost its pinkish tint inside.
