4 chicken breasts (you can put in 5 breasts, you'll have lunch for the next day 😊)
1 cup of cream
3 tbsp. cream cheese
2 tablespoons of the Italian mixture
A drizzle of olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper
In a frying pan, add the oil and grill the chicken breasts for a few minutes on each side. Be sure to add salt and pepper to each side.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer, covered, over low heat until breasts are cooked.
For quick cooking, cut breasts in half lengthwise.
Serve over konjak pasta, rice or zucchini spirals. For a really dirty version, put the mixture in a cooked spaghetti squash and gratinate in the oven! (It's currently 8:59 in the morning, and just writing the recipe makes me hungry hahahaha!)
