4 chicken breasts (you can put 5 breasts, you will have lunch for the next day 😊)
1 cup of cream
3 c. cream cheese
2 tbsp. tablespoon of italian mix
A drizzle of olive oil or butter
Salt and pepper
In a pan, add the oil and grill the chicken breasts for a few minutes on each side. Take care to salt and pepper them on each side.
Add the remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat, covered, until the breasts are cooked.
For quick cooking, cut the breasts in half lengthwise.
Serve over konjak pasta, rice or zucchini spirals. For a really naughty version, place the mixture in a cooked spaghetti squash and brown in the oven !!! (It's currently 8:59 am, and just writing the recipe I'm hungry hahahaha!)
