ROAST PORK WITH GRILLED SEASONING

This recipe, it comes from my mother.
This spring, she bought a half organic grass-fed pork.
I am completely jealous.
She asked for non-traditional cuts to avoid wasting as much as possible, but it will be good with any roast you get.
Here is his recipe!
1- Sprinkle abundantly (a good layer) Grill seasonings
2- Melt butter in a pan and sear the roast over medium high heat
3- Place the roast in a baking dish with a lid (casserole style).
4- Deglaze the pan with a little water (1 cup).
** Deglaze, it's just the word fancy to say: pour 1 cup of water on what has stuck in your pan while it is still heating, and scrape to peel spices, juices and fat.
* She told me to make you think that you can use white wine instead of water, and also think of pouring yourself a good cup!
5- Pour the broth you just created on your roast.
6- Put it in the oven at 325˚C for 3 hours
☀️7- Go and settle in the sun to finish your glass of wine 🍷
* Slow cooker option
Perform steps 1 through 5 and then finish cooking in the slow cooker instead of the oven. (moderate intensity, 4 to 6 hours, depending on the strength of your slow cooker)
