HOMEMADE SAUSAGE CHICKEN ROLL

At the grocery store, I am always impressed by the rolls of meat in the ready-to-eat section.
I am also always impressed by the prices, far from being economical.
Here is a way to make them at home, economically, with real good ingredients, and simply.
Don't be intimidated by the steps, take it one step at a time and you'll be surprised how easy it is.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 cup of spinach
- 1 lb ground pork
- 2 tablespoons of Sausage powder
- 8 slices of mozzarella cheese
- Butcher's twine
1- Cut the chicken breast to lengthen it in width. (I put a picture for you below)
2- Stretch baby spinach.
3- In a bowl, mix the ground pork with the sausage powder
4- Place about 100g of sausage stuffing in the third of the breast.
5- Add the two cheese slices
6- Make a roll, and tie it with the string. (My technique is similar to that of a butcher, but you can also just make lots of little knots)
6- Generously season the roll of Sausage powder.
7- Place this on a baking sheet, on a parchment paper and cook for 1 hour, at 350˚C.
Use a good glass of white wine!
