Hot Pecan Kale Salad
I am one of the funny people who love kale. Why? When it's cooked and well seasoned, it tastes like crisps!
For this recipe:
- Detach the kale leaves from the rigid stem in the middle. (I just use a knife to do it)
- Cut your leaves into small pieces
- Melt 1 tablespoon of butter, add the small pieces of kale, and cook it on medium. The fire should be just strong enough to get the crisp.
- Add 1/4 cup chopped pecans and 1.5 tbsp steak seasoning per 4 cups of kale.
In itself, thanks to the nuts, you already have a full meal.
