COLESLAW

Creamy or traditional?
I love it Mexican :-)
I often (ALWAYS read here) a bag of coleslaw from the grocery store in my fridge.
It's super convenience, it keeps a long time and who does not like coleslaw?
So, this is how I give it a Mexican twist.
Ingredients
- A bag of coleslaw
- The juice of one lime
- A dash of avocado oil
- Fresh coriander to taste. I know that coriander is not unanimous, but you can also put Italian parsley or the fresh herb of your choice.
- And you "garroches" the mexican mix to taste. Start slowly, it's still powerful :-)
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and enjoy! Simple right?
