We all have a cabbage in the back of the fridge we bought in an emergency.
Don't wait for an emergency to spoil yourself!
This recipe can be made in 3 steps, is super tasty and is filled with good things.
1- Rape 1/2 cabbage in a food processor and 1 carrot
2- Mix 1 cup of the mayo of your choice, 1/8 cup of vinegar, 1/8 cup of water and 1 generous tsp. tablespoonorganic vegetable seasonings.
* If you like more vinegar, you can play with the proportions of water and vinegar
3- Mix it all in a large bowl and enjoy it all week long!
