Cut and mix in a pan
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 cup broccoli cut into small florets
- 2 small onions
- 2 tablespoons ofseasonings for grills
Cook this slowly, until it's all dente. Adds about 300 to 400g of shrimp et 1 tablespoon more barbecue seasoning. (Or as much as you want!)
