Jean-Michel has “spruced up” my eternal classic vegetable soup recipe. To have known, I would have made him invent vegetable seasonings long before!
1- Empty your fridge of all tired vegetables. I had on hand:
- 6 carrots
- 6 stalks of celery
- 3 onions
- 1/2 bag of large chopped fresh spinach
- 15 small tomatoes
2- Cut it into small pieces (the size depends on your level of patience haha)
3- Put in a cauldron, cover with chicken broth.
4- Add 1 tbsp ofSeasoning with Les Savoureux Vegetables.
5- Simmer as long as you can tolerate your hunger. (We, 1 hour)
* You can cook it in the slow cooker
** Add your remaining diced chicken as protein for a full meal! :)
