RANCH DRESSING/DIP
This is a very versatile recipe that can be used as a dip or a dressing!
It can be served with raw vegetables, BBQ chicken wings, gravlax, salad dressing etc...Â
Ingredients
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of cream or milk
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
2 tbsp of ranch mix

Preparation
In a bowl, pour the cream or milk, add the vinegar and stir lightly (this makes a homemade buttermilk).
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining ingredients and add the buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
