Chicken wings are so good!!!
But these are TASTY!!!
With the ranch dip, it's a guaranteed success!
You can serve them for any occasion, in a buffet, as an appetizer, as a main meal with a good salad, in your "Super Bowl" menu...
Ingredients for the wings
1 package of plain chicken wings
1/2 cup Red Hot sauce
2 tbsp. of BBQ mix
Ingredients for the dip
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of cream or milk
1 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar or white vinegar
2 tbsp of ranch mix
Preheat oven to 400
In a bowl, mix the Red Hot sauce with the BBQ mixture.
On a parchment paper lined baking sheet , spread out the chicken wings.
Brush the wings on both sides with the sauce mixture.
Bake at 400 for about 45 minutes, or until cooked through. Turn the wings over halfway through the cooking time.
While cooking, prepare the ranch dip.
In a bowl, pour the cream or milk and add the vinegar and stir lightly (this makes a homemade buttermilk).
In a separate bowl, combine the remaining dip ingredients, and add the buttermilk until desired consistency is reached.
