Everyone loves a hot dip!
Any occasion is good! For a quick and easy family dinner, for a potluck, a Superbowl-style event, while camping...
You can serve it with Tostitos, bread croutons, pork rinds, crackers or eat it with a spoon :-)
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
1/2 brick of cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
1 to 2 green shallots, sliced
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. Cajun mix
Place all ingredients in an ovenproof dish.
Bake at 375 for 20 minutes and broil for a few minutes at the end to brown the top.
