GREEK CREAM SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup plain yoghurt
3 tbsp cream (of your choice)
juice of 1/2 lemon
drizzle of olive oil
1 tsp Greek blend
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients and whisk until smooth.You can use this sauce as a dressing, dip, marinade, etc...

And what about this sauce !!!! Easy and delicious and made quickly with the BBQ mix. 4 ingredients that everyone has in their pantry.

INGREDIENTS
1 liter of chicken broth (if you have homemade chicken broth, it will be the best for your taste buds)
1 tsp. tomato paste (put the rest of the can in a paper " saranh"paper and make a cylinder. The next time you use it, just cut a slice for your sauce recipe)
2 heaping tablespoons of the BBQ mix
A little xanthan gum to thicken the sauce (or thickener of your choice)

PREPARATION
Place all ingredients except thickener in a pot and bring to a boil.
Add xanthan gum a small amount at a time until desired consistency is reached.
Taste, be careful not to burn your tongue, and adjust the seasoning.

Serve on your favorite poutine ingredients!!!
SPICY BAD SAUCE

One of my boys eats gravy at every meal...as in EVERY meal!
We created this one, when we created the kefta recipe. And it's a perfect blend.
It is also a perfect accompaniment to lamb chops.
Just mix 3 ingredients and TADAM!!!! Done!!!

1/2 cup sour cream
You garrotte 1 tablespoon of our "Nasty Spice" mix

Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!

3 minutes later, your sauce is done and you can go back to your guests and enjoy their presence!!!

HOT BBQ SAUCE
Don't know how to use our "Nasty Spicy" mix?
A BBQ sauce for your ribs or your chicken or to accompany a meatloaf or to eat with a spoon..... I BLAGUE!!!! But almost not!!!
Ingredients
1 - 6 oz can tomato paste
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup monk fruit erythritol mix powder (or sugar of your choice)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. liquid smoke (easy to find in grocery stores)
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1 tbsp. of the mixture Nasty Spicy
1 1/2 cups of waterÂ
Preparation
In a saucepan over medium heat, place all ingredients and simmer for about 15 to 20 minutes.
