THAI FONDUE BROTH
A good fondue is so comforting!
This Thai-style broth will make a difference from traditional fondue broths with its Asian flavors.
It can also be used to make a tonkinoise style soup-meal.
INGREDIENTS
2 liters of homemade chicken broth
3 lime kefir leaves (easy to find in the grocery store in the spice section)
4 tbsp. fish sauce
3 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. of our "Thai" mix
1 can of coconut milk
½ red onion, finely chopped
1 large clove of garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. brown sugar of your choice
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
In a pot, sauté onions and garlic for a few minutes. Add the rest of the ingredients and bring to a boil. Place in a fondue dish and add the vegetables and meats of your choice :-)
