Here is a very creamy tartar-style shrimp salad, which can be used as a dip for vegetables, sandwich spread, salad garnish, or just like that, as a starter.
Mixing with the blender or hand mixer
-1/4 cup of mayonnaise
-1 well-walled avocado, diced
- 1 tablespoon ofBBQ seasoning
- 1 C. lemon juice
Ax with robot (or by hand if you have more patience)
- Eat in very small pieces
- 300g of shrimp (2 and a half cups)
Mix everything by hand, so as not to mash it too much and keep a good, tasty texture
You can add chopped green onions, it's delicious and gives a nice touch of color!
