Since the arrival of BB2, I love suppers that can be prepared quickly.
1 vegetable, 1 meat, good organic flavor Les Savoureux, and the meal is ready.
Here is a reinvented and keto version of the good old "Hamburger Helper" in box.
- 4 cups cabbage cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp + 1 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1/2 tsp + 2 tbsp organic BBQ seasoning The Tasty
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese.
1- Cut the cabbage and onions. (Set the onions aside)
2- In a frying pan, melt the butter, add the cabbage and let it cook gently, until it is translucent, stirring occasionally. Add 1/2 tsp. Les Savoureux organic BBQ seasoning mix.
3- In another pan, melt 1 tsp. butter. Cook the onions gently until they are transparent. Add the ground beef and 2 tbsp. Les Savoureux Organic BBQ Seasoning and cook over medium heat, stirring often.
4- Add the cooked cabbage to the cooked ground beef mixture. Place everything in a baking dish. Gratin, and place in the “broil” oven for 5 minutes.
You will also have good lunches for tomorrow!
