What are the ingredients?
Sumac *, Rosemary *, Lemon Pepper *, Cumin *, Sea Salt, Coriander *, Thyme *

We do not use any product that contains gluten
How to use it?
- Choose your favorite vegetables;
- Choose your preferred cooking method;
- Garnish the seasoning on the vegetables (and don't go with the back of the spoon!);
- Fill your plate and let the energy take hold of you!
What to use it with?
Personally, we love to put 1 tsp. in ¼ cup of oil and marinate our vegetables before baking them in the oven. Carrots, turnips, beets, sweet peppers, potatoes ... go wild!
How much to use?
It depends on what you want to do with it, but we don't want you to worry!
marinade: 1 C. ¼ cup oil
Dressing: 1 C. for ½ cup of oil and ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
Dip: 1 C. ½ cup plain yogurt, mayonnaise or sour cream
Other : Sprinkle them directly when you are cooking, either while you are making your stir-fry or preparing your foil (about 1 tsp for a large handful of vegetables).
